PRICES INCLUDE 1 BEDROOM, 1 ROOM, CLEANING SERVICES ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF  RESERVE AND ALL TAXES.

YOU CAN BOOK ELEMENT THROUGH E-MAIL (AL@ARTSPAZIOS.COM) OR THROUGH THE ONLINE PLATFORM.

TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT, THROUGH BANK TRANSFER, OF 50% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE STAY.

7 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE, THE REMAINING 50% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE STAY WILL BE REQUESTED.

RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 4 PEOPLE

IF THE CUSTOMER APPEARS WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE INDICATED IN THE RESERVATION TO USE THE ACCOMMODATION, THE RESPONSIBLE PARTIES MAY REFUSE THEIR ENTRY, FOR WHICH THEY CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE.

IF YOU MAKE A BOOKING BY E-MAIL, NOT ON ANY ONLINE PLATFORM, AND IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR BOOKING, THE CHANGE MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 1 MONTH BEFORE THE DATE OF STAY  FOR WHAT TO BE  FULL REFUND IS POSSIBLE.

IF CANCELLATION IS DONE CLOSE TO THE ARRIVAL DATE, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO RENT THESE DAYS TO ANOTHER GUEST AND REFUND YOUR SENT MONEY, DEducting 10% ADMINISTRATIVE FEES.

THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF NO SHOW OR EARLY DEPARTURE.

IF AN OVERBOOKING SITUATION OCCURS

THAT IS, MORE RESERVATIONS THAN AVAILABLE ACCOMMODATION,

THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ELEMENT MAY PLACE YOU IN ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION OF THE SAME UNIT OR OF ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION OF THE SAME CATEGORY (IN ANY CASE, ASSURING THAT THE QUALITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE IS NOT LESS THAN THAT OF THE RESERVED ACCOMMODATION), WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS TO THE CUSTOMER, AND WITHOUT THAT, FOR THAT REASON, THE CUSTOMER IS ENTITLED TO ANY COMPENSATION OR THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT.

CHECK IN A  ANY TIME AFTER 4PM.

CHECK-OUT  ON DATE UNTIL 12:00.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR WHATSAPP MESSAGE, WITH INDICATIONS ON HOW TO GET TO THE ACCOMMODATION AND REQUESTING AN EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME, TO WHICH YOU MUST REPLY WITH MAXIMUM ADVANCE.

AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN, GUESTS MUST PRESENT AN IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT WITH PHOTOGRAPH AND THE CREDIT CARD USED IN THE RESERVATION.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND WHICH MAY INVOLVE ADDITIONAL COSTS.

GUARANTEE

GUESTS TAKE A DEPOSIT OF €180, PAYMENT MADE IN CASH AT CHECK-IN.

AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT IT WILL BE REFUNDED.

THE PROPERTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COLLECT STOLEN OR DAMAGED GOODS ON THE GUESTS' CREDIT CARD.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS OF THE ACCOMMODATION.

ANY COMPLAINT ABOUT THE RESERVATION SERVICE MUST BE NOTIFIED TO ELEMENT  IN WRITING OR BY E-MAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

ANY COMPLAINT RELATING TO THE HOTEL MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT ASAP DURING YOUR STAY AND, IF YOU DO NOT RESOLVE YOUR SATISFACTION, IT SHOULD BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING TO ELEMENT.
