THE ELEMENT 24, guarantees the applicability and fulfillment of all the rights of the holder of personal data provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation and national legislation in force.
For what purposes are the User's personal data collected?
The data collected in the website forms are intended exclusively for processing information and contact requests from Customers/Users, including data such as name, address, telephone number and email address and will not be used for any other processing. This information is not, under any circumstances, provided to third parties, it is solely intended to serve you better. This will be used exclusively in the follow-up of negotiations/contacts made with you.
Who has access to the User's personal data and who is responsible for data processing
ELEMENT 24 does not disclose to third parties any personal data of its Customers and Users, without their consent, except when required by law, and it is our responsibility to process the user's personal data.

Where are User data stored?
The data of our customers and users are automatically saved on a secure server located in Portugal, being stored in specific databases created for this purpose. If you wish to be removed from our database, you can exercise this right by contacting us through the various means available on the website.
