Everything was carefully thought out and designed for the place, to be ready to welcome the guest in an environment of pure serenity and peace.
We intend to make time stop...we aim to materialize the feeling and experience of a given moment. We want to give people back time, making them forget this same notion of time.
THE HOUSE
ARTSPAZIOS GROUP creates a new brand dedicated to the Tourist, giving the name ELEMENT to its 5th new member of the group.
This philosophy is to integrate the 5 senses and the 5 elements to promote well-being through the place.
The space, environment and concept are fully developed by the founding architects of ARTSPAZIOS, reflecting here their intimate particular taste for the world of hospitality.
We have an author's design marked by minimalism and the search for the essence of the material, where each element is presented in its natural state.
RESERVATIONS
ELEMENT measures approximately 65 m2 and comprises a large bedroom overlooking the garden of the Museu Nacional Grão Vasco and the Casa do Miradouro. A living room on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchenette. This apartment accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on a sofa bed in the living room.
The price is €105/day for 1 or 2 people, for an extra bed €20/person.
We have a special price for stays of 2 days, 7 days and 28 days or more.
Prices include 1 cleaning of 3 in 3 days for stays longer than 2 nights.

The magic happens in the ELEMENT house,
where the ancient and the contemporary merge, and the 5 elements are mirrored in the 5 senses, providing a holistic and integrated approach to well-being.
The moment you enter, you will be enveloped in an atmosphere of calm indulgence. In a thought-out concept of interior disposition and choice of each object, each one occupies a place, the exact place for each material, so that the interior balance of the materials is privileged, providing the tranquility and harmony of the guest's environment.
We want to inspire architecture and design full of personality and comfort, surprising you with details that may be small, but so thoughtful that you will feel at home.
Most objects are part of our world, ARTSPAZIOS GROUP, with its own design, made with love and care, many of them handmade.

OUTDOORS
ELEMENT IS IN VISEU AT 1HOUR FROM SERRA DA ESTRELA,
AND A SHORT DISTANCE BY CAR FROM THE CITY OF COIMBRA or from HARBOR or from DOURO or even from SPAIN, all UNESCO World Heritage.
In a genuine area in the heart of the cultural and historical center of the city of Viseu.
At your door you will find:
“Catedral de Viseu”, “National Museum of Grão Vasco”, “Rua Direita”, “Parque do Fontelo”, “Cava de Viriato”.
You can always get off the funicular and visit our shop/atelier ARTSPAZIOS, you are always welcome ;)
